Welcome to Hardy Pond

Located in Waltham, Massachusetts, Hardy Pond is a great pond of 42 acres, with 45 acres of adjoining wetlands. The pond is in a state of accelerated cultural eutrophication caused by roadway and farm fertilizer runoff, plant decay and other sources. But efforts are underway to restore the pond to a healthier state.

The Hardy Pond Association is member organization dedicated to working with the community to see the health of the pond restored. The links below provide a wide range of information about Hardy Pond, the Hardy Pond Association, the dredging of Hardy Pond and much more.
